We are a Registered Training Organisation with our Head Office in Malaga, Perth. We are in search for dependable, reliable, trained, and like-minded people to join our call centre team in Malaga.
Your role will include being able to:
Reconnect with our existing clients to generate enrolments.
Deliver consistent customer service contact.
Provide excellent customer service and telephone manner.
Build rapport and talk on the phone with a customer focused approach.
Communicate with an element of understanding and patience.
Successful application will discover a beneficial way of setting themselves up for a valuable career. You will be provided with initial training, on the job training, and ongoing support with a dynamic call centre manager already at the helm of the operation.
Skills and experience required:
Talking on the phone in a sales environment.
Prior contact centre, reception or customer service experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Genuinely trying to help your potential clients achieve a desired outcome.
