Web & Web3 Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales objectives
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer-oriented services
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Track and analyze sales performance and market trends
Collaborate closely with the management team to align sales and marketing plans
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across various platforms and channels
Manage and track interactions with clients and prospects through our CRM
Prepare and present detailed commercial proposals
Stay updated on market trends and industry changes that may impact sales
Stay up to date on company products and services to effectively present them to clients
Establish clear and measurable sales goals and work towards achieving them
Requirements
Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of technology solutions in Web3, LegalTech, and AI is a plus
Fluency in English, French and any other language is a plus
Organized, meticulous, results-oriented, and reporting-loving
